20-year-old female patient, smoker, without any previous pathology, arrives at the dental clinic with agenesis of the element 2.2 and transposition of the canine in place of the lateral incisor.
The treatment plan provides for the insertion of a 4.25 x 11.5 Prama implant and an immediate loading temporary crown. Already at the 30-day follow up the healing of the soft tissues is proceeding extremely favorably, however the papilla has not yet finished its maturation process.
After 7 months from the surgery, the final crown is delivered: thanks to the intramucosal neck of Prama implant, it was possible to manage the different bone levels optimally and obtain complete healing, in which the papillae completely covered the spaces at their disposal, without having to resort to any grafting or regenerative material. The radiographic evaluation confirms the perfect maintenance of the bone level.
