Thermal Nickel-Titanium (TH) Springs
Made from a special NiTi alloy, these wires can be bent at room temperature and are most malleable below 20°C °C.
Once placed in the mouth, at a body temperature of 37 °C, they return to their original shape, generating gentle, constant forces—ideal for misaligned slots and complex clinical situations.
Available in various shapes: round, square, and rectangular.

ARCHI UNAform
A single arch shape. An anatomical design. Three sizes that fit together perfectly.
UNAform arches are available in three sizes—Small, Medium, and Large—designed to fit seamlessly with both the upper and lower arches. Their anatomically precise design, developed with meticulous care, is one of the cornerstones of the SWM Technique, enabling excellent clinical results to be achieved with simplicity and effectiveness.
Having a limited number of variants also makes it possible to optimize inventory management, minimizing the amount of stock kept on hand.
UNAform Archwires in Copper-Nickel-Titanium (Copper NiTi)
Large, Medium, Small
The addition of copper significantly improves the archwire’s performance, increasing its range of action and making it even more efficient. Its thermoactive properties and consistent, gentle release force ensure continuous, controlled action—optimal even in cases of severe dental crowding—with significantly greater patient comfort.
During the first phase of orthodontic treatment, it is essential to use a wire capable of correcting rotations and misalignments in the horizontal and vertical planes using constant but not excessive forces.
For this reason, SWM recommends the .016 Copper NiTi archwire as first wire: selected for its flat stress curve in deflections ranging from 1 to 4 mm, it enables effective tooth movement in most clinical cases.
UNAform archwires in Beta Titanium
- High malleability and shape memory.
- Ability to withstand large deflections without permanent deformation.
- 45% less discharge force compared to steel arches, making them suitable for all stages of orthodontic treatment.
- They are also nickel-free, making them an ideal solution for patients who are allergic to or sensitive to nickel.

It has a wide range of applications.
It does not suffer permanent deformation, even under severe crowding.
It often eliminates the need to replace the arch during the entire alignment process.
The transition temperature of 19 °C has been precisely calibrated to ensure high performance at room temperature, while still allowing the arch to be cooled and easily inserted into the slot easily, even in the most complex situations.

For the finishing stage, UNAform arches are available in 304 stainless steel, known for its strength, dimensional stability, and clinical reliability.
