The replacement of high aesthetic value dental elements with endodontic and periodontal pathologies severely compromised with implants represent a great challenge for the clinician. In fact, frequently, the bone and mucosa volumes available may be insufficient to obtain a proper result at the end of the treatment. Therefore to restore a valid aesthetic as well as ensure implant stability over time in order  to correct the above-mentioned deficit and eventual asymmetries, surgery procedures to increase horizontally and vertically such volumes are necessary. The case report subject is to introduce a rational surgery approach, effective and predictable, to obtain the above listed results.
