CONCLUSIONI
I risultati ottenuti sembrano sovrapponibili ad altre tecniche rigenerative, come confermato dalla letteratura. La tecnica qui descritta, di associazione di innesti di osso autologo con griglie di titanio, riteniamo possa dare risultati predicibili e con poche sequele biologiche negative, che possono ad esempio instaurarsi in presenza di una eventuale deiscenza anche importante, se paragonate ad identica situazione ma con l’utilizzazione di membrane non riassorbibili come quelle in E-PTFE. Per quanto riguarda le griglie in titanio, la loro utilizzazione, riteniamo essere una valida alternativa rispetto ad altre tecniche di rigenerazione ossea, valutata ancora la grande facilità di maneggevolezza e la ottima stabilità dimensionale, condizione quest’ultima vincente in presenza di una rigenerazione ossea. Condizioni importanti sono la selezione dei casi clinici, il rispetto delle indicazioni e delle controindicazioni e la gestione dei tessuti molli.
