The DPO (short for Data Protection Officer) is the Data Protection Officer—a role responsible for providing advice and training on privacy matters and ensuring compliance with regulations, with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of data subjects: that’s why we’ve appointed one!

What Is Personal Information?

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); A natural person is considered identifiable if they can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity (Art. 4 of the GDPR).

How We Use Your Data

In this section, we have provided all the information describing how we process personal data in the privacy notices listed below.
The Website and Cookie Policy applies to all types of users, without distinction: customers, suppliers, job applicants, visitors, etc. Here you can read about how we handle your browsing data and the cookies we use.

The other privacy notices are organized by the type of person they are intended for: open the one that best applies to your situation to learn more. For example, if you are a candidate, consult the Candidate Privacy Notice; if you are a supplier, access the Supplier Privacy Notice.
