Drill Bone Expander

An advanced approach to bone expansion

The DBE (Drill Bone Expander) kit is the result of an innovative approach to implant site preparation: a system that offers an advanced alternative to drills and osteotomes, combining the advantages of both and overcoming their limitations. Thanks to tapered threaded tips that are screwed in manually using an ergonomic handle, the DBE System allows for controlled plastic deformation of the bone. This preserves bone volume—without removing it as drills do—and eliminates trauma caused by surgical hammer blows.

Precision, safety and operator comfort

The tips, made of anodized titanium and available in different colors for easy recognition of working diameters, are equipped with depth markings for safe guidance during surgery. The round, atraumatic tip —with the exception of the first tip, designed for cortical penetration—allows the sinus floor to be gently expanded or lifted, avoiding cortical fracture and preserving the Schneiderian membrane.

Ergonomic design and immediate use

The ergonomic handle provides optimal leverage, ensuring freedom of movement and control in every vestibular wall displacement technique. The connection system is secure and intuitive, requiring no additional tools: the tips can be quickly inserted and removed, ensuring smooth and fast surgical management.
