Italian endodontic research, supported by virtual engineering, has led to the creation of an instrument specifically designed to deliver outstanding cyclic fatigue resistance and thus ensure maximum working safety.
Minimally invasive but effective, with limited removal of dentin, particularly in the pericervical area (danger zone).
With 5 instruments with a maximum taper of 5%, B-4Us perfectly respect the original anatomy of the canal, even in the presence of more pronounced curvatures.
A more uniform vector tension,
thanks to the shape of the coil and its
different conicities, allows for
maximum elasticity and uniform stress distribution.
More conservative canal shaping
thanks to controlled force distribution.
Optimized shaping allows for excellent disinfection of the canals.

In developing the range, the best combination of materials and treatments was studied in order to obtain the best performance from each instrument according to its respective size.
An instrument suitable for all anatomies, thanks to virtual design
CAD-based design was employed both to develop the instrument geometry and to evaluate its cyclic and dynamic fatigue resistance performance. A variable geometry was engineered to generate an optimized conical dynamic fluid flow, supporting both effective 3D cleaning and 3D obturation.
Optimized geometry
More efficient, resistant, and elastic rhomboid section.
Two contact points: greater control when moving forward
Virtual modeling: virtual dynamic analysis of cyclic fatigue for B-4U.
Two points of contact with the canal walls ensure continuous control during advancement. Thanks to a more evenly distributed point of contact along the entire length, the pressure exerted during insertion is distributed evenly, without causing localized stress areas.
All this translates into a longer instrument life with less chance of fracture.
B-4U Gutta-percha for Root Canal Filling
They are specially designed using innovative technology to match the shape of root canals with the B-4U system, making root canal filling easier and more precise. They can be used with root canal filling techniques involving hot or cold vertical condensation using modern bioceramic cements.
The range includes:
B-4U Finisher (red)
B-4U M Finisher (blue)
B-4U L Finisher (black)
