We are looking for young, talented individuals who are interested in the precision mechanics sector, motivated, and eager to learn a technical trade through a training and mentorship program designed to develop the skills needed to work independently on the department’s machinery and processes.
Requirements:
• Education: A high school diploma or vocational certificate in a technical or mechanical field is preferred; even brief experience in mechanical workshops or manufacturing companies is required.
• Technical foundations: Basic knowledge of mechanical processes and machine tools;
• Qualifications: Good manual dexterity and aptitude for precision work; motivation to learn and grow professionally
• Availability: Day shifts and full-time hours.
