Atraumatic technique for sinus lift using fluid-dynamics
Flusilift EVO is the device designed by Sweden & Martina in collaboration with Dr. Alessandro Scarano for a minimally invasive approach to the crestal sinus lift. Thanks to a system of drills with progressive stops and the use of controlled pressure from a low-viscosity fluid, the system allows for the preparation of the surgical site and the gentle, gradual elevation of the Schneiderian membrane, reducing intraoperative risks and ensuring predictable results.
Key benefits
Quick and easy interchangeability of stops on drills
Dual handpiece (straight and curved) to handle every clinical situation
Three-dimensional and uniform detachment of the membrane
Uniform fluid distribution and constant hydrostatic pressure
Reduction in surgical times compared to traditional techniques
Lower risk of perforations and more predictable post-operative course
The use of fluid makes the procedure less traumatic and more predictable.

It includes the handpieces and tips dedicated to the fluid-dynamic phase – one straight handpiece, one curved handpiece, one locking ring, and four tips with progressive diameters.
Kit components
Lower part
Includes cutters and compactors of various diameters (3.00, 3.40 e 4.00 mm) with depth stops calibrated for progressive increments of 0.5 mm.
Usage protocol
Prepare the surgical site and perforate the cortical bone with the dedicated drills.
Once you reach the Schneider membrane, insert the handpiece Flusilift EVO (straight or curved) beyond the working length by 2 mm, connect the syringe containing saline solution, and test the integrity of the membrane
Suck up the solution and replace it with the chosen filling fluid.
Proceed with three-dimensional detachment and gradual insertion of the fluid.
Position the system at the planned length.
