Fluid Dynamic Technique

for sinus lift

The fluid dynamic technique allows for a controlled, gradual, and minimally invasive maxillary sinus lift, using the constant pressure of a low-viscosity fluid. The fluid dynamic approach represents an evolution of the traditional technique, as it allows continuous control of the force applied, improving surgical sensitivity and increasing the reliability of the procedure, especially in the most critical phases of sinus elevation.
The result is a minimally invasive, highly controlled, and repeatable procedure in which the most delicate phase—following the breaking of the cortical bone—becomes predictable and manageable, thanks to the continuity and precision of the fluid dynamics technique.
